By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein. MUSE + VALE HAIR EXTENSIONS supplies luxury Remy human hair extensions designed for professional use and long-lasting wear when correctly fitted and maintained. As our products are made from real human hair, slight variations in colour tone, texture, softness, density, and natural movement may occur and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to display products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in device screens, monitor settings, photography lighting and editing, we cannot guarantee exact colour accuracy or appearance.
Human hair extensions are a delicate luxury product and will naturally experience changes over time through regular use. Factors including, but not limited to, heat styling, UV exposure, environmental conditions, chlorine, salt water, hard water, mineral build-up, hair products, cosmetic ingredients, improper aftercare, colouring, bleaching, toning, chemical processing, lifestyle habits, and general daily wear may result in fading, dryness, brassiness, tangling, matting, shedding, discolouration, texture changes or reduced lifespan. Such changes are considered normal wear and are not manufacturing faults.
Lighter and blonde shades may require additional maintenance and are naturally more susceptible to tonal changes, dryness, staining and discolouration from products such as purple shampoo, fake tan, sun cream, makeup, perfume, and mineral-heavy water.
MUSE + VALE HAIR EXTENSIONS shall not be held liable for any damage, deterioration, fading, brassiness, colour change, staining, dryness, tangling, matting, shedding, weakened bonds, loosened wefts, reduced lifespan or other issues caused by:
• improper maintenance or aftercare
• failure to follow aftercare guidance
• use of unsuitable products
• excessive heat styling
• chemical treatments
• colouring, bleaching or toning
• hard water or mineral exposure
• chlorine or salt water exposure
• sleeping with wet hair
• improper brushing or storage
• excessive tension during fitting
• poor installation or removal techniques
• cutting wefts or modifying products
• general wear and tear
• third-party salon or stylist services
We strongly recommend that all extensions are fitted, maintained, removed, coloured, toned and cut only by a qualified professional. Any alterations or chemical processing undertaken after purchase are entirely at the customer’s own risk and immediately void eligibility for return, replacement, refund or claim.
Product lifespan varies significantly between customers depending on lifestyle, maintenance routine, frequency of wear, heat usage and aftercare practices. As a result, we do not guarantee a specific lifespan for any product.
All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from MUSE + VALE HAIR EXTENSIONS. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Orders are not accepted until payment has been received and we have issued an order confirmation. Once an order has been accepted, we may be unable to amend or cancel it.
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, products may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy. Products that have been opened, worn, fitted, brushed, altered, washed, toned, coloured, cut, chemically treated or otherwise tampered with will not be eligible for return unless deemed faulty by us following inspection.
Customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting products before fitting, colouring, cutting or altering them in any way. We cannot accept claims for issues identified after the product has been fitted or modified.
You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal use only and not for resale, wholesale distribution or export unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, promotions and discounts are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and confirmed.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, customs duties, import fees, shipping or handling charges.
You agree to provide complete and accurate payment and account information for all purchases. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise us to charge all applicable amounts including taxes and shipping costs.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. MUSE + VALE HAIR EXTENSIONS is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged parcels caused by shipping providers, customs delays, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and contact details entered at checkout are correct. Additional charges incurred due to incorrect information may be charged to the customer.
SECTION 6 – PROFESSIONAL USE & LIABILITY
Our products are intended for professional salon use or experienced personal application. Results may vary depending on fitting method, maintenance routine, hair condition, styling practices and lifestyle.
MUSE + VALE HAIR EXTENSIONS shall not be liable for damage to natural hair, scalp irritation, allergic reactions, hair breakage, discomfort, traction alopecia, improper colour matching, unsuitable application methods, or unsatisfactory results arising from third-party stylist services, improper fitting, misuse of products, excessive tension, incorrect removal or failure to follow professional guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited strictly to the purchase price of the product concerned.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the Services including logos, branding, images, videos, product descriptions, graphics, website design, text and other materials are the intellectual property of MUSE + VALE HAIR EXTENSIONS or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
