Returns & Refunds Policy – Muse + Vale

At Muse + Vale, we take pride in delivering premium, ethically sourced hair extensions that meet the highest standards of quality. To ensure the safety and hygiene of our products, please note the following terms regarding returns and refunds:

1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Once the hair extension ties or tapes have been removed, the products are non-returnable.
  • Hair that has been used, washed, styled, or otherwise altered from its original condition cannot be returned.

2. Eligible Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the hair is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The hair must be in the same condition as when received, with all protective seals intact.

3. Return Process

  • To request a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You will be provided with instructions for returning the product safely.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
