Muse + Vale was founded by Emily and Jo two highly experienced stylists with a combined industry experience of over 20 years.

Having worked daily within a thriving, high-demand hair extension salon, they developed an expert understanding of what truly matters, not just in the final result, but in the entire experience.

From installation to aftercare, from product performance to client confidence, they saw first-hand where the industry was falling short.

They recognised that while the demand for hair extensions continued to grow, there were still gaps in quality, in consistency, in education, and most importantly, in customer care.

There was also something deeper missing: a sense of belonging. A space where both stylists and clients felt supported, valued, and part of something elevated.

Muse + Vale was created to change that.

Built from real salon experience, every product has been thoughtfully developed to meet the needs of professionals while delivering a luxury experience for the wearer. But beyond the hair itself, Emily and Jo set out to create a brand that represents more a community, a standard, and a new way of doing things.

Because for them, it was never just about hair.

It was about raising the standard for the entire industry.
