SHIPPING POLICY

At MUSE + VALE HAIR EXTENSIONS, we understand that luxury should arrive seamlessly. Every order is carefully prepared, packaged and dispatched with attention to detail to ensure your experience reflects the quality of our brand.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are subject to processing and verification before dispatch.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high demand, launches, promotional events or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

We reserve the right to delay dispatch if additional payment verification or fraud prevention checks are required.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48
• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm
• Other courier services may be used where appropriate

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

United Kingdom

• Tracked 48: Estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch
• Special Delivery: Next working day after dispatch (where applicable)

Ireland

• Tracked 48: Estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch

• Europe: Estimated 5–10 working days


Delivery delays caused by customs clearance, adverse weather, courier disruption, transport issues or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of MUSE + VALE HAIR EXTENSIONS.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details where available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure somebody is available to receive the parcel where required.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

MUSE + VALE HAIR EXTENSIONS cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, lost or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be resent.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or additional charges imposed by their local customs authority.

MUSE + VALE HAIR EXTENSIONS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If a parcel is refused by the customer due to customs fees or import charges, any shipping costs, return fees, customs charges or losses incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PARCELS

Once an order has been dispatched and transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.

We are not liable for parcels that are:

• delayed in transit
• lost by the courier
• marked as delivered
• stolen after delivery
• delayed due to customs or transport issues

However, we will always do our best to assist customers in locating parcels and opening courier investigations where possible.

Claims for missing parcels must be reported to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

SIGNATURE & SAFE PLACE DELIVERIES

Some delivery services may require a signature upon delivery. If you choose to nominate a safe place or alternative delivery arrangement directly with the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers entirely to you once the courier confirms delivery.

FAILED DELIVERIES

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the order can be resent.

ORDER ISSUES

Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@museandvale.com with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse claims submitted outside of this timeframe.

PRE-ORDERS

Where products are sold on a pre-order basis, estimated dispatch dates are provided as guidance only and may change due to supplier or manufacturing delays.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be held and dispatched together once all items become available unless otherwise agreed.

HIGH VALUE ORDERS

For security purposes, high value orders may require additional identity or payment verification before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent.
